ALACOR S.A has adopted a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) system and the general
principles of the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) to achieve the maximum level of customer
satisfaction, through constant-improvement processes and a friendly, comfortable and safe
workplace, where senior executives and workers treat each other respectfully and whose
objective is to be part of a competitive and international market.
To such effect, we mainly base our commitment in the following aspects:
Contracted Employees:
This company ensures that all its contracted employees, workers, suppliers, subcontractors, etc.
comply with labor legislation in force in our country, respecting the minimum age for
employment, and completely rejecting child labor.
Working Conditions:
To comply with our Social Responsibility policy, we make our employees feel comfortable at the
workplace, preventing them from doing forced labor, always within the established legal
framework, with respect and reciprocity of dignity. We do not accept any kind of behavior,
gesture, language and/or physical contact done from a sexual, coercive, threatening, abusive
and/or exploitative standpoint. Alacor S.A. does not accept any form of discrimination based on

political affiliation, or age. Jobs will be chosen with freedom. The working conditions will be safe
and hygienic. Decent salaries will be paid, proportional to that of a regular job. Cruel or inhuman
