OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY POLICY

BASIC PRINCIPLES OF OUR ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT / OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND
HEALTH / SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.


To foster employees' communication, consultation, and participation through training and
meetings to improve their knowledge and commitment to this policy as well as to practices
aimed to eliminate hazards and reduce impacts associated with occupational safety and health
and the environment; and to foster compliance with practices related to social responsibility.
To comply with legal requirements related to significant environmental aspects, occupational
safety and health, and with other requirements to which ALACOR S.A. adheres.
To control the use of resources and to adequately manage the waste produced.
To provide safe and healthy workplaces to avoid work-related injuries and health deterioration.
To guarantee that all our contracted employees, workers, suppliers, subcontractors, etc. comply
with labor legislation in force in our country regarding the minimum age for employment, and
to completely reject child labor.
To create a comfortable workplace for all our workers, preventing forced labor and guaranteeing
working conditions within the established legal framework, with respect and reciprocity of
dignity. Any kind of behavior, gesture, language and/or physical contact done from a sexual,
coercive, threatening, abusive and/or exploitative standpoint will not be accepted.

To give priority to the fact that workers have the right to choose freely, to affiliate, to be part or
